Why it's priced this way
The fabric gets heavier as it grows.
Every source we ingest, every member's data we hold and keep current, adds real weight to the fabric — that's what actually costs us to run, not how many admins are logged in. So the price climbs with the size of the community the plan can hold, not with your team's headcount.
That also means growth pays for itself on both sides. As your community grows past a plan's member limit, you move up a tier — and the tier is priced for what it now costs us to carry, not discounted for showing up in volume.

Why member limits instead of seats?
Seats told us who was logging in, not how much the fabric was actually holding. Member limits track the real cost driver — the volume of data and sources tied to your community — so the price reflects what a plan is actually carrying.
What happens when we hit our member cap?
You'll get a heads-up before you hit it, and moving up a tier is a click, not a renegotiation. Nothing gets throttled or cut off mid-month.
Does adding more seats cost extra?
Seats included per plan are generous by design. If your team genuinely outgrows them, talk to us rather than defaulting to the next full tier.
What happens when the member app launches?
Nothing changes about your bill. These plans are already priced by member volume, so the member app — personalized intelligence, monetization tools, all of it — ships as part of the tier you're already on, not as a new line item.
